Hello! I’m Nichole Piccolo, a Fine Art: Painting and Drawing major pursuing a Financial Technology Certificate at the University of Georgia (Class of 2026). While these fields may appear unrelated at first glance, my academic path reflects a deeper commitment to integrating creativity with analytical thinking. I am interested in how visual design, technology, and human-centered problem-solving intersect, particularly within user experience, industrial design, and product development.
My background in fine art has trained me to observe closely, think conceptually, and communicate through visual storytelling. Through large-scale drawing, mixed-media work, and performance-driven processes, I’ve developed a strong awareness to form, movement, and the impact of design. At the same time, my studies in FinTech have strengthened my understanding of systems, efficiency, and the ways digital innovation shapes how people interact with products and information.
I hope to bring this dual perspective into fields where thoughtful design can meaningfully improve how people experience the world. Whether through interface design, physical product development, or creative strategy, I aim to blend artistry with functionality—creating solutions that are intuitive, visually compelling, and grounded in human needs.
