Turn Tables

This work explores the relationship between change and stability through alignment and movement. The act of rotation allows elements to shift into new configurations, suggesting that roles and relationships are not fixed but dependent on context. At the same time, a grounded structure remains constant, acting as a point of reference. This tension between movement and stillness reflects how individuals navigate different roles: adapting, adjusting, and realigning depending on their environment. The viewer participates directly in this process, physically engaging with the work to create new alignments. Through this interaction, meaning becomes fluid rather than predetermined, emphasizing that change does not erase what remains but builds upon it. The work invites reflection on how we move through different roles while still maintaining a sense of grounding, even as perception may shift.
